SHIPPING OPTIONS

We endeavour to dispatch orders as fast as we can. As such, Sewloco orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 days of you placing your order (sometimes even faster!) In the unlikely event that it will take us longer than 3 days to dispatch your order, we will notify you immediately. We dispatch parcels every working day Mon – Fri, excluding bank holidays.
 
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
 

UK + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

 

Shipping charges for all orders are based on the estimated weight of the package. This enables us to ensure you get the best rate possible!

The shipping charge is calculated at the checkout. You will be able to review the shipping charges before you place your order.

Customs: International shipping rates do not include customs or duty charges. Sewloco has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.  Items for shipment to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. All shipping time frames listed may vary depending on your local customs agencies processing times. 

Note: If when checking out it tells you there are no shipping methods available, this probably means your order weight exceeds those listed here. Please email hello@sewlo.co and we can provide you with a quotation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our post and will dispatch using the class of postage you select at the checkout. We have provided some delivery guidelines above – however, these are guideline estimates using information supplied by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Lost parcels: Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost unless it has been missing 15 days in the UK. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please get in touch at hello@sewlo.co.

 
Wrong address disclaimer:  It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address is entered correctly.  Please double check the address as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that was entered by the buyer. 

Sewloco reserves the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk, weight or value of the item being shipped. If this is the case, we will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable.

 

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sewloco and would like a full refund, items can be returned within 14 working days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of fabric or haberdashery that have been cut, we ask that you please check for faults and make sure you are happy with your fabric before you cut it.

If goods are returned to us in a non-saleable condition or they have been damaged we unfortunately have to reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

Return postage costs are at the purchaser’s expense and we cannot accept liability for returns lost in the post, so we strongly recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting or use Recorded Delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will begin the process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible. As per the Consumer Contracts regulations, we will also refund the cost of the original shipment at the standard rate (£2.95).

We are confident that all items from Sewloco will reach our customers in perfect condition. If an item does arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us by email within 2 working days of receiving and we can arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please note that once a fabric has been cut we cannot accept returns.
